	(f. 36 d.) John Forestarii, M.A. bachelor of canon law, who has studied civil law for two years, and lectured in canon law for three years at Paris, official of Aberdeen. For a canonry of Glasgow, with expectation of a prebend, notwithstanding that he has a canonry and prebend of Aberdeen, and the church of Strabroc, in the diocese of St. Andrews. Granted. Avignon, 15 Kal. Jan.
1390.	(f. 94d.) Peter Halton, son of John de Halton, knight, an Englishman. On behalf of John Helioti, for a benefice in the gift of the bishop and chapter of Nantes. Granted. Avignon, 7 Id. June.
	(f. 114d.) Fynlaus Ahanna, of Scotland, three years scholar of civil law, canon of Whiteherne. For a benefice in the gift of the bishop and chapter of the same. Granted. Avignon, 14 Kal. May.
	Ibid. Thomas de Butyl, of the diocese of Whiteherne, bachelor of canon law. For a benefice in the gift of the bishop and chapter of Whitehern, value 30 marks, notwithstanding that he has the provostry in the chapel of St. Mary, Mayboil, and the vicarage of Lochraten, in the diocese of Glasgow, which he is ready to resign; also for reservation of a benefice in the gift of the Cistercian convent of Nortverwik (North Berwick), in the diocese of St. Andrews. 	(f. 201d.) Robert, bishop of Orkney. On behalf of the underwritten members of his household:— Malcolm de Clyne, priest, of the diocese of Caithness, for a benefice in the gift of the bishop of Moray. David Andree, priest, of the diocese of St. Andrews, for a benefice in the gift of the abbot and convent of Kilwynyn, notwithstanding that he has the perpetual vicarage of Malcarston, in the diocese of St. Andrews, value 20 gold florins, it having been ravaged by the English, as it is in the marches; this he is ready to resign.
